Spanky is back!!

I lost my "pet" eraser a few months ago in Rory's backpack. It all started when I was bored and drew a funny little face and after a bit I fell in love with the little guy! He was awesome. Everyday right before class ended, I'd put him in Rory's backpack and then the next day I'd get him out! Until one time I couldn't find him! But after finals today Rory went looking for him and there he was! Half of his face was worn off but it was still him! I love happy endings.

Computer Apps how I'll miss u

Today was my last day of my computer apps class. Surprisingly I already miss my computer apps class. Part of it was because I was the most popular guy in the class because..
1. I helped people when they were stuck on the assignments.
2. I saved the freshmen from getting killed by my big and hairy classmates.
3. They loved that fact that I looked white and yet I 25% was Mexican.

At the beginning of the semester I despised the class but now I realize how funny it was with so many different personalities. We had 2 wrestlers that played "bumper chairs", 2 friends that tried to find out who could get the other in detention more times, a guy who just rapped in the back, a deaf kid who's classmate next to him kept trying to find out how to cuss in sign language, a chubby Mexican, a girl who was obsessed over the Jonas brothers, and a Mexican who looked like a white guy (me).

Everyday there was something new like a freshman getting in a choke hold (It's hard to save them all of the time!) or some idiot shooting staples at everyone! They also felt like giving everyone nicknames like I was general, white panther (then they realised that I was a quarter Mexican) which changed to "white panther with brown spot", and many others! Some guy had something wrong with him and he kept asking me if my dad was a race car driver and after telling him 20 times he finally understood that my dad wasn't a race car driver... that day.

I really enjoyed that class I almost was always smiling after that class at my teachers expense.

Congradulations their twins!!

Now I know this is going to be dificult to do this but... which one is Connor chu and which one is pikachu?
and I didn't edit this at all...

SO TIRED!!!!!

Today I had finals and so I had to go to DHS at 7:20 but for some reason I couldn't go to sleep after 3:30!! I am just now crashing! Enjoy this pic!

Michigan's 2010 Recruiting Class

Richard ash ^

Michigan Recruiting Class of 2010

I am one of the people that obsess over recruiting, its just so interesting how high school players chose which college they want to go to and how they’re ranked I just find it really interesting and I hope you will to.

Quarterbacks grade A
Summary: Devin Gardner is the prize of this class and Conelius Jones adds depth if nothing else.

Devin Gardner 6-4, 195 lbs (#7 up there ^) is a dual threat quarterback from Inkster Michigan. Gardner is the real deal here a lot of analysts believe that he can throw better than Ohio State’s Terrelle Pryor. He is also a great scrambler he’s so good that some fans believe that he should start over Tate Forcier. I totally disagree with that because we’ve had a freshman at quarterback for 2 years in a row now and look how well that’s going for us! I believe Devin is good but needs to learn the offense more he is enrolling early too so that should only help him learn the offense.

Conelius Jones 6-2, 197 lbs a dual threat quarterback from Spartanburg South Carolina. Jones didn’t play quarterback until his junior year in high school which is the main reason he has been off many schools radars. He got his offer to Michigan after he sent them his junior year film so apparently. Being in the same class as Devin Gardner isn’t going to help his chances of playing time but he’s fine with a position change since he’s only played quarterback for 2 years.

Running backs grade B
Summary: Got very good variety between running backs Drake the speedster, Hopkins the dozer, and White the guy who can do it all and catch! The only down side is that there’s no all star.

Toney Drake 5-9, 170 lbs a running back from Dallas Texas. Drake is a speed demon he is a homerun threat. I’m not going to talk about Drake too much do to the high possibility that he won’t make it academically to Michigan.

Stephen Hopkins 6-0, 235 lbs is a big running back from Flower mound Texas. Hopkins is unlike most running backs that Rich Rod recruits which is short and fast he’s going to be used at Michigan like Brandon Minor. He is confident that he’s going to add something special to Michigan and he being unlike most of the other backs is really likely to get some playing time early.

Austin White 6-0, 186 lbs is an all-around back from Livonia Michigan. White is kind of like a hybrid between Hopkins and Drake he’s faster than Hopkins and harder to bring down than Drake. But what he’s really good at is catching balls out of the backfield. From what I hear he runs a little too upright but that can be coached out of him.

Wide Receivers Grade A
Summary: Much like the running backs they have a bunch of different strengths and weaknesses like Jackson is a great rout runner and possession receiver, Miller is a deep threat and always seems to be able to find a way open, and Robinson is always in the hole of the defense. Another thing to think about is the fact that all three of these wide outs enrolled early.

Jeremy Jackson 6-2, 175 lbs is a tall receiver with great hands from Ann Arbor Michigan. His dad is the running back coach for Michigan so of course Jackson is really well coached he knows how to use routes to his advantage. While he’s a slower receiver he’s so well coached he can still get separation from defensive backs. He might end up as a Tight end because of his lack of speed but that never stopped Jason Avant.

Ricardo Miller 6-2, 208 lbs is a tall receiver that is very similar to Junior Hemmingway he actually moved to Michigan so that he could get use to the weather. Miller is the ultimate recruit he showed so much passion for Michigan he even would call some guys and tell them to come to Michigan! A bunch of people think that Miller is good enough to become the next great receiver to wear the famed #1 jersey that was last worn by Braylon Edwards!

Jerald Robinson 6-2 was 195 lbs when entering the campus and now after 2 weeks he weighs 205 lbs thanks to Mike Barwis Michigan’s strength and conditioning coach! That alone gets me pumped for this one time thought Ohio State lock! He’s been compared to Roy Roundtree where he isn’t super fast or tall it’s just that he knows where to get open. I can’t wait to see this guy in spring ball!

DJ Williamson 6-1, 175 lbs is a shorter receiver but with blazing speed! He has been a long time commitment. He’s not as highly ranked as the Jackson, Miller, and Robinson though he still keeps the speed to Michigan’s offense!

Drew Dileo 5-10, 175 lbs was actually recruited because he’s a returner specialist and I seriously don’t really care too much especially since we’ve been dropping punts lately! I’m happy for this guy because he really wanted to go to Michigan bad and he finally got his offer!

Offensive Line grade D+
Summary: This line consists of a center and that’s it, I’m pretty disappointed.

Christian Pace 6-3, 262 lbs is an underrated player on the O line I just wished he had some other O line teammates.

Defensive Line grade A-
Summary: Great depth and talent on the line it was a huge need this year with the lost of Brandon Graham to get great players and a lot of them and this year doesn’t disappoint.

Jibreel Black 6-2, 253 lbs can either be a defensive tackle or end he’ll probably go wherever we need depth. Black wasn’t really that into Michigan until he visited and really connected with coach Rich Rodriguez. He’s one of the most surprising commitments this year because he wasn’t really interested until about 2 weeks ago. He’s got a bunch of potential and the Michigan coaches believe that he can end up being a Brandon Graham or Lamar Woodley lets hope they’re right.

Jordan Paskorz 6-3, 225 lbs is thought to be a D end. He seems similar to Craig Roh who had a great season last year. He’s from Pennsylvania and it was between Michigan and Penn St. He might even be fast enough to be a linebacker.

Richard Ash 6-4, 263 lbs a defensive tackle from Florida. He had previously committed to West Virginia and then Rich Rodriquez gave West Virginia fans another reason to hate him! One thing that I love about coach Rod is that he can convince players to switch from other schools to him like Ash and Black.

Terry Talbott 6-4, 255 lbs defensive tackle is one of the twins from Ohio. He has been thought of someone who will explode after time with Mike Barwis and the weight room. They really believe he can become a Monster in the middle after some bulking up.

Linebackers Grade A-
Summary: Got a bunch of talent where we need it. This grade will depend on how players develop at their position from D end or safety. Josh Furman I believe will do amazing and start pretty early.

Josh Furman 6-2, 192 lbs a great linebacker from Maryland. He chose Michigan over Virginia Tech reasontly and started the rolling in of several defensive players to Michigan fan’s delight. Furman played running back in high school and was actually recruited by VT to play that position so he’s really fast and perfect for the spinner position. Furman is one of the 3 top linebackers that Michigan got.

Marvin Robinson 6-2, 190 lbs was a safety in high school but since he’s lacking elite speed he’s going to be a linebacker at Michigan and should be a really good one. Robinson is one of many commitments that we got from Florida.

Ken Wilkins 6-3, 244 lbs is from Pennsylvania. He’s going to convert from a defensive end to a linebacker probably a middle linebacker. He has been getting higher ranked lately so hopefully that means that he’s still getting better.

Antonio Kinard 6-4, 210 lbs is from Ohio. He is another one of Rich Rod’s “potential” guys which I’m totally fine with because of Michigan’s trainer he’s the best in the nation.
He’s been wrecking running backs in Ohio, which is a really talented state!

Davion Rogers 6-6, 210 lbs is from Ohio he’s actually a teammate of DJ Williamson. Rogers is one of the most resent commitments. He has amazing size so hopefully he can be a monster at linebacker!

Jake Ryan 6-3, 220 lbs is from Ohio and he and Rogers committed on the same weekend!
Ryan is a really big sleeper he matured late like he other family members. Just since the summer he’s grown 2 inches! He started getting interest from some Big Ten schools but Michigan was the first to offer and Michigan was his dream school.

Defensive Backs Grade B
Summary: Cullen Christian is a big pick up for Michigan but a lot of these guys are sleepers so I gave them a bit of a lower grade. But this grade could go up a lot if we were to get commitments from one or even both of the safety prospects Rashad Knight and Sean Parker.

Courtney Avery 5-10, 165 lbs is from Ohio. He actually didn’t play cornerback until his junior year but it was so natural for him that Michigan extended him an offer. He was pretty good at corner even without a lot of experience at the position.

Cullen Christian 6-0, 180 lbs is from Pennsylvania. He had Michigan as his leader the whole time and finally committed in November. He is a great shutdown cornerback with really long arms that can bat the ball away.

Carvin Johnson 6-0, 185 lbs is from Louisiana. A bunch of Michigan fans were mad about this commitment after they saw his rank and he saw that so he was wavering his commitment for a while. But after Michigan fans saw that LSU was going for Carvin Michigan accepted him with open arms go figure!

Terrence Talbot 5-10, 172 lbs is from Ohio and is the other Talbot twin! I don’t really know too much about Terrence I’ve heard a lot more about his twin. But he’s not ranked high so he’s probably got potential.

Ray Vinopal 5-10 175 lbs is from Ohio he actually got his team to the state title game! Ray knows that he odds of him starting aren’t the best but he loves the chance to prove himself against the big boys!

Special Teams grade A

Will Hagerup 6-4, 215 lbs is from Wisconsin and plays several different positions like linebacker! He is huge for a kicker he can both kick and punt he’s the best kicker in the nation and the 4th best punter! He’s going to be the next Zoltan Mesko! The only draw back is that he doesn’t have the coolest first name.

The birth of "Connor-chu"

Sunday evening my youth group oasis had a progressive dinner. I will be the first to admit I wasn't too thrilled at the idea. But I knew it was going to be at least enjoyable when we had about 20 people going. So first we went to someones condo and I was like OK this is going to be worth the time. Then after that we went to the next house which was the bridgeman's grandma's house. Since she didn't really know us too well she gave us name tags, little did she know that those name tags kept us all entertained for the rest of the night.

Now the really fun part came, first we all just switched name tags, then I got a hold of 2 name tags and put them under my eyes. Soon everyone kind of got tired of their name tags and could see that I had fun with them so slowly I got about 6 name tags. Well this all happened in the car ride after the grandma's house so after all the other people from other cars got out and saw how I was. I was just bombarded with name tags. I actually had a goatee going there and everyone started calling me Alex (our old youth pastor that had a goatee).

After I was a fully deformed creature I was like "Okay I'm a freak, but what kinda freak?" Then it hit me like Ash Kectum hitting my with a pokeball! I'm a Pokemon! Then I decided that I wasn't just a Pokemon I'm the rarest one "Connor-chu!" unlike pikachu the connor-chu shocks everyone with his great looks!

So until Lucy puts up the picture on facebook I can't really put up the picture but just imagine this...A amazingly good looking man with name tags on his eyebrows, nose, chin, all around his mouth, and on the tips of my ears! Hey look at the pictures!!

The game of many stories!

Yesterday at lifeguards we played this really fun game where the guys all get in a circle, face outwards, and link arms. Once this is done the girls have to unlink the guys' arms and once the link between two guys is broken they're out! The girl don't have too many limits either they can tickle, sit on you, mess with your face and with your arms linked together it's really hard to defend yourself. In case you didn't know this I'm cursed with a lot of "tickle bugs" so my sister and MC spent the first 10 minutes tickling me. Luckily about 5 minutes into it my testosterone kicked in and just in time because that was about when other guys were getting out and so each guy was getting more girls. So after that I had girls tickling me, (didn't really affect me by this time) girls sitting on me, girls pulling at me, AND LJ playing with my face!
If it wasn't for their killer ways and the pain they were establishing on me it would have been "the life" sadly they would pry my hands away then when I was nearly out they would put all of their weight on my arms. I don't have any idea how I survived that long. I had it finally pretty well under control when the Ian the guy next to me started SCREAMING bloody murder! It took me awhile to find out what they were doing to him but after losing hearing in my right ear it became harder! Soon Ian and I were unlinked and we ended up coming in 6th and 5th out of 25. In the end I lost both of my shoes, my phone, got swarmed by girls, lost hearing in my right ear, Laughed my heart out, got my wrists scratched up AND got a good workout.

Slap/hit-O-meter!

This one girl in my Spanish class doesn't seem to like it when I steal her Spanish folder and draw pack man and a ghost chasing him on it. She retaliates by hitting and/or slapping my arm so I'm actually gonna start to keep track and I'll update it on here every week or so. After school I'll put down how many times she's hit me but it's gonna start at 5 because that's how many times she hit me yesterday. She is usually mad at me because I'm in a good mood and have been given Godlike good looks so that just makes her even more mad.

AHHHH!!!

Yesterday lets just say a friend of mine persuaded me to start doing my push ups again so I decided last night to go a head and do an easy...300. It was extremely painful and I probably would have stopped in the middle of them if it wasn't for my stubborn self saying to me that I was still in shape from the summer.

The reason to why I nearly killed myself with motivation was because 1. because it had something to do with a girl duh! and 2. because over the summer I'd jump rope 1000-1500 times and do 300 push ups in between jumps and I felt great! I didn't remember them to be this hard though because after 150 I said to myself "dang how am I only half way there???" but I made it and I proved that I'm not an old geezer.

Call of duty Reflex is Amazing!

I'm totally hooked on Call of Duty Reflex! I'm really good at it I hope some of my friends and my cousin gets it so we can dominate together! Here are a few of my favorite guns (I probably won't say the whole name). But this is for some people that just love learning about guns and war.

M16 Assault Rifle: This gun is really effective from long to medium range it is the only gun in the game with a 3 bullet burst(shoots 3 bullets with one trigger pull). There isn't much kickback and its the same gun used by the U.S. GO AMERICA!!

MP5 Sub Machine gun: This guy has a nice purr to it and is very fun to use in small maps! This was my favorite gun when I was first playing its effective from small to medium range and is fully automatic.

M4 Carbine Assault Rifle: This gun is very similar to the M16 only it's made for shorter range and is fully automatic. This gun has not a lot of kickback and is good at a pretty long range with the ACOG scope.

AK47 Assault Rifle: As much as I want to hate this gun it's too good not to like it's fully automatic does a lot of damage and is good for almost all ranges. The reason I don't want to like it is because its the same gun that terrorists use! But while it's rate of fire isn't the best its still a really good gun.

I really shouldn't be posting this...

If there was a snow day today then I wouldn't be here writing about how I really want a snow day! like if today was a snow day I'd be raking in some serious cash right now. Instead of having the whole day to clear out 7-10 people's driveways, now I'm going to have about 6 or 7 hour time period; which is a lot of pressure because you don't want some old lady to start beating you with her walker. I'm probably going to start around 3pm, it's gonna be a really lame Friday but it should pay off because I'll probably make from 75-100 dollars, which is a whole lot more than my friend who is a waitress at Arcadia, she make 2.50 an hour! OK now back to the snow removal part, if you've ever had to snow shovel your walkway for over 20 minutes you'll know that it gets pretty COLD! Luckily we have snow blowers along with money waiting for us at the end of our job; but still 3 hours of being out in the snow is not really all that fun! I don't really have anything to save up for so I don't have that extra motivation that I crave so much for. These are my top 3 ideas for stuff to save up for that I'm not completely sold on but they are all I've got.

1. Ipod Touch: $200-300
I really need an Ipod for when I workout but I don't know if its worth it since then I have to pay for music.

2. Weights: $100?
I really like the idea of more heavier weights but the only thing that's holding me back is the fact that I've got no where to put them!

3. PS3/Xbox 360: $300/$200
I'd get a Xbox right now and save $100 except for the fact that for Xbox you have to pay $50 (per year) for Internet which is the best part! I really don't notice anything different graphic wise between them all I know is that they are 100x better than the wii graphics in the games that I find appealing(Oh yeah I learned a new word). The games that I like are the shooting games and madden games (madden 2010 graphics for the wii are a joke).

Avatar The Movie!!

Avatar the movie is awesome! Go see it! Enough said.
